In a sort of Advents-Kalendar way, I will post 'red' for each day of December through Christmas and link the image as closely as possible to EvaDress Patterns (in pattern tour form)! Here is the sixth, A rather raspberry-filled-looking confection, as it were.... Image per: http://rubylane.com/ Sew the look using our 1885 Pelerine Mantle pattern: Originally from Harper's Bazaar, this simple three-piece Mantle pattern can be lengthened to fashion it similarly to the extant example at top.  Making it in a luxe fabric such as velvet or brocade with a fancy trim would warrant it a supreme evening wrap!
