  Originally by Lutterloh, for a soft and comfortable line, the skirt joins the waist front just above the bust and shirring is created over the waist with an overlay.  Low V-neck is trimmed with lace in the short sleeve frock, and left plain in the long sleeve frock. Five dressmaker clips trim the center front seam. Short sleeve cap is pleated and has a dart lapping at lower end which fastens with hooks and eyes. Long sleeve is tapered to fit with a lower dart.
