  10-piece hand-drafted pattern originally from Pictorial Review, 'Sleeveless and backless, except for bands that cross in back, this is easy to make. Shoulder ruffles are optional. This model is in wrap-around style and fastens on the right side with a button and on the left side with tie-strings.’  This pattern was originally marketed as a Sports Dress, but I see it well fit as a house or beach dress. Love those strap flounces!
