  4-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Simplicity, has the two sizes listed below on one sheet.  The shorts are pleated at center front and back with halter attached at front. 1/2" seams are given. On the page for this pattern, you will see a photo from a costumer showing this halter top made into a separate blouse and accompanying the wide leg trousers from pattern NL30-1241. When I made my set from this pattern, I did not stitch the halter top to the front of the shorts waistband, as instructed. I rather finished the shorts waistline and the lower edge extension of the halter...
