Count Down to the New Year Post 2

Just a little inspiration in the way of more extant examples paired with EvaDress Patterns! This example brought to you as a flashback to almost a year ago when Eva wore this gown for her 24th birthday on New Year's Eve! This example brought to you by Fripperies and Fobs at: https://fripperiesandfobs.tumblr.com/post/145009037326/evening-dress-ca-1930-from-kerry-taylor-auctions I chose this EvaDress Pattern to pair for the overall line, open strapped-front and back. A...

In a sort of Advents-Kalendar way, I will post 'red' for each day of December through Christmas and link the image as closely as possible to EvaDress Patterns (in pattern tour form)! Here is the eighteenth, not unlike floral print holiday paper, a long day dress I made from Excella's circa 1934 Evening Gown pattern, 3494: https://evadress.com/products/1934-evening-gown-e30-3949?_pos=1&_sid=27ba7ed2a&_ss=r 7-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Excella, The evening gown can be cut sleeveless or long sleeve with cut-away shoulders.  There is also an option for cutting the back in a deep scoop, or higher square neckline.
