The 1869 bustle dress project came to a close with the completed ensemble as I wore it to our volunteer group 'Pick-Nick' to honor the 100th birthday of our Fort Whipple.
On the boards now, I prepare for a trunk show I will put on for our local American Sewing Guild chapter June 4.
I will demonstrate my pattern line in a very 'making-ness' sense. I will highlight a technical construction aspect to each design I present in finished garments from the patterns.
