E30-7858; 1934 Finned Evening Gown

10-piece digitally-drafted pattern originally by McCall, this is a remarkable example of 1930's detailing! The bodice and skirt front are in one and shaped at the waistline with tucks for fitting.  Fins of narrowly hemmed flounces are incorporated at the side seams of the skirt front and back and placed along the optional sleeves.

Because the instructions were missing from the original pattern, I have provided un-illustrated instructions and the gown is surprisingly simple to put together for the intermediate sewing level.
This pattern comes with diagrammatic and text information on re-sizing.

3/8" seams are given.

Size 18 fits 36" bust, 30" waist, 39" hip.
