Br20-1920-5 1920 Wedding Gown
7-piece hand-drafted pattern, originally a design from the January 3, 1920 edition of Mode Pratique for the Wedding Ensemble: A sheath dress of white satin under a tiered skirt of crepe georgette and a surplice bodice of light satin Brocade. The overskirts of crepe georgette are machine picot-hemmed. The bateau neckline of the gathered blouse is trimmed with a single braid of satin, nicely framing the neck. The train is of matching light satin brocade and satin brocade shoes to match are to be worn as are kid gloves.
This pattern is for the more advanced sewer as instructions are very basic and un-illustrated.
